Our factories are observed the highest standards of safety and quality.

The entire production process for both the vulcanization machines and lifting is done in accordance with the guidelines under the ISO 9001: 2000. We work with several factories that supply us with products of the highest quality. The factory located in Jiaxing and production halls with a total area of 16,000 m2 for several years provides us with balancers and tyre changers which constitute the basic equipment of every tire shop. Second as a strategic supplier for us is company in Shanghai – a city with the third largest port in the world. This company is a manufacturer of automotive lifts and has up to 15 production lines. We also have our own machines on the outskirts of Bydgoszcz, which we use to cover the demand for products such as various types of welts and timing tools.

We have the opportunity to participate in various manufacturing processes. We conduct detailed market research and develop new concepts that are reflected in the final product. We use a scientific background Bydgoszcz University of Technology and Life Sciences, and we have a real impact on production.

Developmnet – it is our motto and strategy. Aim – it is a determinant of our success. Combination of these two words gave rise to our new mission, which is production.

For a few years KB Global ran it’s own production, satysfying only a small part of the needs of a market, among others producing difefrent types of lock tyming and ściągacz. Nowadays offer of our production has been enhanced with a number of new activities, thanks to which we are able to meet the highest demands, not only related to the automotive industry. We own a modern machine park, alllowing precisely perform even the most complicated elements. Machine park consist of specialistic machines providing production at the highest level which guarantee a reliable quality.

All of our products are subject to strict control processes. This enables us to guarantee our customers the highest quality and safety.

Most of our products are powder painted, which means longer life paint coating. As opposed to conventional powder paint coating ensures that the coating is smooth, without cracks, sagging, wrinkling and bubbles. For aesthetic reasons and above all quality is the added value for our assortment.
