The CASC502S tire changer is designed for mounting and dismantling tires from passenger cars, vans and motorcycles. In the case of the latter, it is enough to purchase additional equipment in the form of a suitable adapter in order to easily remove the motorcycle tire from the rim. The presented model of the fitting is characterized by an ergonomic design and an arm swinging manually to the side, which allows comfortable work in small rooms and increases the comfort of work in the case of mobile vulcanization services.

The CASC502S tire changer is designed for wheels up to 21 "in diameter (internal mounting of rims). It has a table with four jaws, controlled by solid and reliable actuators. In addition, the machine is characterized by high quality control mechanisms for both electrical and pneumatic installations. Cassette driver used in CAS502S allows to obtain a force of 2,500 kg, and its contoured shape makes it easier to remove the tire in a significant way.

The CASC-502S tire changer is able to handle this type of tires. However, we recommend using an auxiliary arm.
