Product description

Universal press for extruding and pressing pins, metal-rubber sleeves, ball pins and many elements that fit in the dimensions of the press.

The press includes a set of adapters, sleeves designed for disassembly and assembly of ball bolts in suspension of such makes and models as:

VAG, VW - LT, CRAFTER, T4
MERCEDES - SPRINTER
RENAULT - MASTER
OPEL - MOVANO
NISSAN - INTERSTAR

- Mercedes Sprint, VW LT hydraulic drive - bottom pin,
- VW T4 - top pin / bottom pin,
- Renault Master, Opel Motano, Nissan Interstar - top pin.

The press is made of high quality and strength steel, and the threaded parts are precision made of a material with high resistance to abrasion and stretching.

In addition, the end of the screw ends with a sleeve bearing a thrust bearing, which increases the service life and precision of this puller.

Note - threaded elements should be treated with graphite grease to reduce friction resistance and at the same time increase their service life.

Failure to apply grease may result in the complaint being rejected!

Warning!

Use grease for threads, tow, etc. Do not use WD-40. Occasionally, the pressure force may turn out to be too small. In this case, the beam and the rocker should be removed and the hydraulic press should be used. Do not use the tool forcefully, as attempting to remove damaged pins may damage the press.
