1. Usage: 

This cylinder leak down tester helps find internal and external leaks in your cooling system, providing cooling system leakage test & filling tool for any car enthusiast or automotive professional.

2. Specification:

• 1 x Pressure Testing Hand Pump with Gauge
• 1 x Thermometer Needle
• 3 x Chromed Steel Radiator Adapter
• 10 x Anode Aluminum Radiator Adapter
• 2 x Connector
• 1 x Adapter Handle 

3.  Application:

Remove the original radiator cap, choose an available radiator cap from the test kit and install it on radiator opening. Work the handpump till the pressure up to 10-15psi (Avoid up to 35psi). Check the gauge reading, if the reading drops automatically, it means that there isleakage might occur in radiator.

  Instruction

1.Open the water tank’s cover. If the temperature is high ,please open it later .If the temperature haven’t return naturn temperature,please use the cool towel cover it and open it.

2.Choose suitable adapor and tight it.

3.Pick up the hand-hold pump set.Fill the adaptor to water tank’s head.

4.Increase the air pressure 15PSi-20PSi.

5.Care the pressure meter, if the finger shows lower please check the conduit.

6.After checking,make the hydraulic pressure to Zero.

7.After finishing the test,make sure the water tank head fit in adaptor.Increase the pressure 2 and 3 tims to make the water outside.

8.After finishing,please fill the oil to pump in order to lubricate the piston.

9.Make sure the accessory clear and take care it.
