Vulcanizer is a device used to repair tires of cars, trucks, agricultural and large-size cars. Allows for repair in the forehead, shoulder and side of the tire. With the help of a special attachment, you can also paste and bind valves. The vulcanizer is used for complicated damage when cold repair is not enough.

The device is equipped with an upper heater with a power of up to 500 W with adjustable temperature in the range of 120-195 ℃ and a bottom die with a rubber pad stabilizing the tire being repaired. The heater is embedded in the ball joint, while the lower die rotates by 360 °. This optimizes the work due to the easy and accurate adjustment of the term to the shape of the surface being repaired. In addition, the upper terma has a lever pressure. In the presented model of the vulcanizer, the control module is connected to the heater. The heating time is set by means of a knob (maximum 120 minutes), thanks to which continuous supervision of the device is not necessary. The warning lamp informs you whether the vulcanizer is switched on, which increases the operational safety.

This vulcanizer, thanks to its compact size, can be used as a portable device. Stable base with the possibility of permanent screw mounting ensures safety and comfort of work.
