Product description

Vulcanizer is a device used to repair tires of cars, trucks, agricultural and large-size cars. Allows for repair in the forehead, shoulder and side of the tire. With the help of a special attachment, you can also paste and bind valves.

The device is used in case of complicated damage when cold repair is not enough.

The vulcanizer is equipped with two heaters (upper and lower), which significantly speeds up the work. Each of them has a heating power of up to 500 W - it is one of the strongest models currently available on the market. Both therms have an independent switch - depending on the need, you can use both simultaneously or just one of them. The heaters are embedded in the ball joint. This optimizes the work due to the easy and accurate adjustment of the term to the shape of the surface being repaired. The upper terma has a screw clamp with force regulation.

In the presented model of the vulcanizer, the control module is connected to both heaters. The heating time is set by means of a knob (maximum 120 minutes), thanks to which continuous supervision of the device is not necessary. The warning lamp informs you whether the vulcanizer is switched on, which increases the operational safety.

For the convenience and efficiency of the work the device has the ability to smoothly adjust the position of the arm up to 90o (from vertical to horizontal). In addition, the retractable foot ensures height adjustment.

Stable base with rubber pad ensure safety and comfort of work.
