Product description

The automatic balancing machine from the German company CTX is proof of quality and safety. Intended for passenger cars, vans and motorcycles. The machine is equipped with an additional arm to measure the width of the wheel. and the Intelligent Brake System indicating the point of weight placement. An additional advantage of the device is an integrated innovative LCD display and a patented intuitive control panel. The balancer has the function of dividing and concealing the weight and five ALU functions dedicated to aluminum rims and ALU-S with a graphical gluing indicator for the weight.

- a set of cones,
- a compass,
- vulcanization pliers,
- a quick-locking nut with a sleeve,
- 40 mm threaded shaft,
- 100g calibration weight.

How often should the machine be calibrated?

Balancers with time may indicate incorrect values due to operational overload. Manufacturers recommend checking the calibration of the tire and wheel assembly balancer approximately once every 2 weeks if the device is used frequently. Of course, if you observe faulty readings, you should perform the calibration in accordance with the instructions.

What is dynamic and static balancing?

The static balancing guarantees an even distribution of the mass load on the whole circumference of the wheel. Wheels characterized by static imbalance can cause the so-called bump effect. In turn, dynamic balancing is related to the even distribution of the mass load on both sides of the center line of the tire and wheel assembly. Wheels with dynamic imbalance have a tendency to wobble from side to side, this effect is called the flutter of the wheels.
