Product description

Scissor lift CASTEX MFC-100 with a lifting capacity of 3800kg is designed to work with passenger vehicles and vans whose total weight does not exceed 3.8 tons.

The innovative design of the lift combines the advantages of low-lift scissor lifts, whose advantage is simplified installation on the floor surface, such as the QJY S3 and S2 models, and the advantages of scissor lifts installed in the floor with a high maximum lift height like the QJY 3.2-1.

This hoist is mounted on the floor without the need to prepare a special excavation and spout, although its maximum lift height is 1700mm, while maintaining a very low minimum height of 110mm. The lift is equipped with safety locks designed for the user's safety, its main assumption is a system of locks still remaining in the safety position, they are unlocked only after pressing the button by the operator. When the button is released, the locks return to the safety position. This solution prevents erroneous deactivation of the security system and reduces the possibility of uncontrolled leaving the vehicle to zero.

The device uses a number of proven solutions to optimize the durability of your workshop, one of such solutions is the automated control of the electrohydraulic unit and the safety interlock system.

The assembly has been simplified by pre-installing most elements already at the production stage, and the lift includes a set of mounting anchors.

At the order stage, it is possible to change the power supply of the lift with a voltage of 400V for 230V.

Along with the lift, the customer receives complete documentation necessary for proper use and maintenance, allowing for reporting the lift from the Technical Inspection Authority.
